- Die Interference Detection
All designs are checked for any interferences between the strip and die components. Die components are also evaluated for interference among themselves thereby avoiding the need to address clearance issues at the last moment. - Bill of Material
Dies designed with Solidworks are parametrically controlled and linked to the Bill of Material. This associative characteristic allows for the design to modified by changing a dimension of one of the die component models and have the corresponding item on the Bill of Material to update accordingly.
