Die designs ranging from small electrical clip to heavy truck framing members producing quantities from a few hundred a year to several million a year. All designs are created with 3D solid models using Solidworks. 3D designs are supplied in either native Solidworks, Parasolid, STEP or IGES format. 2D drawings can be provided in native Solidworks drawing format as well as AutoCad DWG or DXF.

Strip layouts for tool design or for quoting purposes can provided based on math data you provide. Engineering changes to existing 2D designs are accomplished with the use of Autocad. Legacy 3D design may be modified depending on the condition and type of data provided. Assistance with modeling die sections in Solidworks or Surfcam can be provided enabling you to CNC machine difficult components. Have questions about the feasibility of manufacturing something?
